Fire Safety Protection and Compliance
Tigo’s fire safety solutions are completely dedicated to rapid shutdown functionality in order to enhance safety and meet international standards.
When Rapid Shutdown is activated, the voltage across conductors drops to below 0.6V & 0A within 10 seconds, ensuring the safety of first responders, who can perform their work safely without encountering high-voltage DC electricity from solar components.
